Negotiating Seller Financing

Seller financing – it’s every investors’ dream. So how to you get a seller to agree to carry the payments?  And, more importantly, how do you get the seller to take a really small down payment?

Having negotiated more than a few of these, I can offer you a few tips to overcome the, “You need to put more down” objection from the seller with whom you are negotiating owner financing.
