Seller financing – it’s every investors’ dream. So how do you get a seller to agree to carry the payments?  And, more importantly, how do you get the seller to take a really small down payment? Please note, all of these techniques work in my home state of Colorado and will work in most states, but it’s always a good idea to check your local and state laws regarding this type of financing.

Having negotiated more than a few of these, I can offer you a few tips to overcome the, “You need to put more down” objection from the seller with whom you are negotiating owner financing.
